Silvr Surfr

We put Silverlight’s abilities to the test, by building a search engine for the popular online image-sharing library Flickr. This application, dubbed Silvr Surfr, confirmed that Silverlight was easily able to execute all of our artistic visions.

Our team built a 3-D engine that lets users view and access the application’s functions on a single screen. You can search for images by keyword, then search all tags related to the search, and view image history in a slideshow format. You can also display, in graph form, the number of images found.
